The fastest way to get help is to call or text. Describe what’s going on and I’ll schedule a house call — usually within the same week.

What to tell me
Just describe the problem in your own words:
- “My computer is really slow”
- “I think I have a virus”
- “My printer won’t connect to WiFi”
- “I need help setting up a new laptop”
- “My WiFi doesn’t reach the back of the house”
No tech jargon required. That’s my job.
What happens next
You’ll hear back the same day — usually within a few hours. I’ll ask a couple of quick questions, give you a price estimate, and schedule a visit at a time that works for you.
